    The world is about to end in a giant cataclysmic shockwave in approximately 2 hours 30 minutes- which Bond movie do you watch before being turned into putrid molten lava? It's always going to be OHMSS.

    Hahaha I had to sit here with a piece of wood keeping my teeth clamped shut on to stop me ranting about even putting TLD in the same sentence as OHMSS..

    The Daltons. TLD is one of the best Bond films ever made and doesn't have a downer ending, so that automatically comes up to my list.

    Without a doubt TLD/LTK.

    - Rank 2/12 vs. Ranked 7 film.
    - 2nd fav Bond vs. 6th fav. Bond
    - 2 films with different tones allow for variety to the one film.
    - Nostalgia factor - Born in the 80s and I simply love the era and music.
    - It would have to be a great reverse imbalance for me to take the 1 Bond vs 2 others (Example for me: CR over QoS/DAD).

    Definitely the two Dalton films. #3 and #1 on my list, respectively while OHMSS kind of hovers around somewhere towards the back of the top 10.

    If you got rid of Majesty's you would lose one of Barry's finest scores, We Have all the Time in The World, Piz Gloria, the almighty Diana Rigg, some beautiful cinematography and one of the most crushing endings in the Bond series.

    Obviously I don't know for sure, but it wouldn't surprise me if even Dalton picked OHMSS over his own films.

    OHMSS for me.

    I like LTK a lot only for Dalton & Davi, but TLD has declined considerably in my rankings over the years, while OHMSS continues to increase every time I watch it.

    The Dalton films. I love OHMSS, but Lazenby too obviously betrays he is no actor. He was overdubbed by another actor in some scenes. So George Baker also plays Bond being Hilary Bray in voice . It needed Connery without changing a thing about the script.

    But the score by Barry in OHMSS is splendid and the icing on the cake.

    I'm going for TLD/LTK.

    Totally biased because TLD was my first Bond in a cinema and a big part of the reason I got into 007 in the first place. I watch it often. And the last time I watched LTK I was riveted. OHMSS is undeniable class so many great elements (score, cinematography, casting of Rigg, Savalas and Ferzetti) and the second half is as great as Bond gets - but I find on repeated viewings the first half can be a little ponderous.

    This is the first real head-scratcher for me (hence why I took so long to answer the call @BondJasonBond006 !)

    It's a cruel game - but I love it! So Dalton wins this one for me.

    Me too. TLD was my first Bond at the cinema and like Mark Gattis of Sherlock fame, it was a breath of fresh air. That MGM legal case was so unfortunate and a fact many Bond fans overlook about his departure.

    Dalton was contracted for three films,but the contract expired in 1993 I believe.

    Good on you! Dalton and Davi are superb. Yes, it has it"s excessive moments, but that is not down to Dalton. Plus, the cover for the cocaine operation is damn clever!

    I appreciate LTK more after spending a lot of time in Colombia
