I certainly hope so. Bond should work alone as he always do.
This.
I wonder if we will ever get back to Casino Royale/Quantum of solace days
It just dawned on me yesterday that this movie will be the singular vision of a first time Bond writer. Not sure we ever had that in the franchise before? I think there will be nothing superflourus in this movie or things that feel tacked on.
One surely hopes.
One hopes that, if the script is strong enough, Babs and MGW would allow this to happen without bringing on additional writers. And one hopes that Boyle would protect his and Hodge's vision for the film. Surely the two producers can vet and remove anything not "Bondian," although how they missed the "00 program" in SP is beyond me.
Both M and C call it by the name "Programme", yet, by the end of the film on Westminster Bridge, M calls it, gratifyingly, the "Double 0 Section".
I don’t have a problem with C calling it that but feel that M should only refer to the section.
The fact that M uses the proper term at the end of the film suggests me this is conscious and deliberate
No clue when they'll come; Boyle may still have another week, possibly more, on his Beatles film. I'd say we'll have something by August/September at the latest.
It's why I'm going radio silent (or trying to, anyway) once we get some viable information and leaks starting up. The less I know going in this time, the better.
I’m going to try my hardest to know as little as possible. No idea how I’m going to do it because 90% of my internet time is spent on Bond.
Guess I’ll be spending a lot less time on the internet!
I find it makes for a very satisfying first viewing to finally see everything finally come together on screen
Whishaw delivered the best one-liner in a Bond film in a long time:
“I said bring it back in one piece. Not bring back one piece.”
Craig’s reaction is priceless.
This was damn funny!!!!!
