    I'm frankly surprised this got pushed back because I thought they had Pinewood locked before B25 takes over next year.

    Yeah and nearly a year too. I thought the bond delay was bad enough.

    Is this a new thing with studios I mean the new IJ was delayed by a year, top gun 2 was delayed. Is this just a symptom of studios not know what they are doing or what

    Sylvester Stallone has confirmed his next 2 projects: Samaritan and Hunter.

    Samaritan is described as ''a dark, fresh take on the superhero genre''

    Hunter centers on Nathaniel Hunter, whose hyper-tracking skills are employed to hunt down a raging beast, a half-human terror created by a renegade agency that is threatening to wreak havoc of civilization.

    Stallone will play the lead role in both films.

    Hunter sounds interesting to me & I can readily see Stallone in the role.

    I'm curious about Samaritan. It's an intriguing premise for sure.

    Good to see Sly taking on new projects.

    Mel Gibson's next directorial effort will start production in Spring 2019: the WW2 film Destroyer.

    The USS Laffey, which survived an intense kamikaze attack during the Battle of Okinawa in 1945. The crew of USS Laffey withstood an attack that included four bomb hits and six kamikaze planes crashing into the ship, setting the destroyer ablaze.

    Mark Wahlberg is in negotiations for the lead role.

    Good for them if it was like that. This way, they can use the more sci-fi pitch, while at the same time keeping Rambo in more realistic Terrain. And we the audience get the Chance of two films instead of one :-).

    Yes, I re-read the article from DL yesterday: Stallone was going to use the story line for Rambo. Now he’s just going to make the film. He’s a smart cookie, that man.

    The first trailer for Cold Pursuit (previously: Hard Powder), the new Liam Neeson revenge flick, will drop next week.

    The plot: A snowplow driver seeks revenge against the drug dealers he thinks killed his son. Based on the 2014 Norwegian film 'In Order of Disappearance'.

    Jungle Cruise, the upcoming action/adventure film with Dwayne Johnson & Emily Blunt and directed by Jaume Collet-Serra, has been pushed back from October 2019 to July 24, 2020.
