    They should make it a rule that the more a country makes in box office earnings, the earlier the next Bond film is released there. So basically, US gets to see SP first, Uruguay last, and we (Australia) get to see the film before half of those countries mentioned above. It's not fair, I tell ya! :))

    Well, that's actually not a weird thing to mention @QBranch .

    "Skyfall" was an insane success in The Netherlands. Let's compare the 'insane' box office gross of "Skyfall" in the UK and Netherlands:

    --> 64.5 Million: Population United Kingdom
    --> $161 Million: Box Office Gross "SkyFall" in The UK
    --> $2,50 Box Office Gross per Person in The UK

    --> 17.0 Million: Population The Netherlands
    --> $025 Million: Box Office Gross "SkyFall" in The Netherlands
    --> $1,48 Box Office Gross per Person in The Netherlands


    And now with France and Germany:

    --> 81.0 Million: Population Germany
    --> $085 Million: Box Office Gross "SkyFall" in Germany
    --> $1,05 Box Office Gross per Person in Germany

    --> 67.0 Million: Population France
    --> $060 Million: Box Office Gross "SkyFall" in France
    --> $0,90 Box Office Gross per Person in France


    So basically, Sony marketeers see The Netherlands as the smaller 'Bond-Brother' of the UK in terms of money. It's perhaps the most loyal 'Bond country' after the UK. No wonder Sony/Universal advanced the premiere date of "SPECTRE" in The Netherlands to October 29th, which is only three days after the premiere of "SPECTRE" in the UK.

    And to be honest.....I really love our overseas British neighbours. Sometimes a bit stiff-arse, but I do love them ;-).

    I started reading the comic strips from Titan Books, was a nice suprise to find out that they even existed. that is my countdown routine for Spectre, but also for the new comic series starting in november.

    other that that i am a huge Bond videogame enthusiast (as you might guess from my avatar) so i am replaying Nightfall and Everything or Nothing.
    it kinda fits, since Spectre seems to be Craigs equivalent to a full blown epic James Bond adventure in the old tradition

    No, it's not. Because tomorrow, October 5th, the music video of "The Writing's On The Wall" will be -officially- released ;-). Sam as three years ago.
