@Murdock, well you most certainly made that dream come true with your own two hands, and I applaud you for that. I've seen your other work before, and I'm heavily impressed. Ever thought about getting into the prop industry for films?

@Creasy47 I've considered it, but I'm more into making movies and I'm not very good at designing props really. Just modding everyday things to fit my needs. However, I'm currently writing the first Bruce Murdock movie and I plan to use the mines at least once. ;)

What's your Youtube link again? I remember watching the movies you've made and enjoying myself. I'll be sure to subscribe this time!

How come you can't find licorice in the US , it's tasty...esp the salty kind (just ask Famke Janssen , her dog's named Licorice)

Funny that french comics (Tintin/Asterix/Spirou) is popular world wide , except US...is it the different drawing style they don't like or the stories ?

@Murdock, I'm curious.. are the actual GoldenEye mines used in the movie made out of that joystick model? :P I mean, they look identical? Good work!

It sure was surprising to learn this. There were quite a few variations of this joystick that came out in the early 90s e.g. Saitek, PC Commander. I've just got a hold of two, myself. Also, the door decoder used in GE's PTS is actually a modified 'Tiger' electronic handheld game!

    @DiscoVolante. I'm 100% positive it was.
    Still from the movie.
And a fan made WIP pic. (Take note of the chrome grip parts.)
    FVHE47EGR9T2ID2.jpg

You'll notice in the Still from GoldenEye some of the paint is wearing off the grip parts and you can see the chrome.

@QBranch here's a fan made Proximity mine for Inspiration. They even used a different button type.
    James-Bond-Goldeneye-Magnetic-Remote-Mine-1.jpg

And here's a screenshot from GoldenEye source I believe. It looks like they put a digital counter in the hand grip. That's interesting.

Is this still an issue, @mrcoggins?

I had some loading problems a few days ago, but using the computer and not iPad. But it works fine now.

Works OK on my iPhone too, so I'm thinking iPad should be the same.

    Let us now.

Disco I'm starting to pull my hair out with this I've done just about everything that I can to speed up the I pad but this site won't load properley the front page comes up just fine but when I chose all discussions everything grinds to a halt it can take fourty seconds to load a new thread Help!
The only thing I've noticed is that on the I pad if I turn on the debug function. It flags up as a fault with java script god only knows what that is ? Any ideas would be most welcome Thankyou coggins.

Mines are now both Magnetic. :D Excuse my appearance, I've had a long day. :))

Oh and @QBranch. Even though there not finished yet, I will be doing a test film with them very soon. I found the uncompressed HD audio files for GoldenEye 64 so I have all the beeps and bleeps and will be putting them to good use. :D

^ His name is Warwick Davis ;-)

That is who I meant, thanx Willy.
And now something completely different. A Swedish politician(female socialist) wants a legal ban of all use of semi-nude women in commercials. Seriously? This is the worst that is going on in the world?
