Although, I do wish that certain someone had a better look than the casual Hawaiian surfer type that's on his way to look for a more formal job. Lol! :))

One of the action sequences had Bond pulling RED, if you noticed! :D

    It DID notice that! :)
So now Ellis borrowed a scene from the Movie that was an Adaption of his own comic.

Yeah the look of that guy was certainly unusual to say the least.

Found the Hardcover copy of Vargr today, and it's worth every Cent, also all the Alternative covers are included
    Definitely! :D

I guess Ellis was impressed by that one stunt he decided to place it in Bond.

I still haven't got the hardcover, but I'll be getting it sometime soon.

He'd want it. This version of Bond wants nothing but trouble around him... So SPECTRE will give it to him. :))

The thing is that the Bonds we know would see trouble following them. This one, if he's bored enough, would start his own trouble and shoot his way out till he either catches the bullet (cough cough!) or just become the last man standing, having killed everyone around. =))

I fully understand and relate to your issue with the lack of that element in VARGR, @Risico007. But, I suppose the one that took place in the second issue would... somewhat... count?

And Birdwhistle isn't Turkish, my friend. ;)

Thats a good observation, he does have that "i do crazy s*** when i'm bored"-vibe about him :)

Perhaps he was subconsciously in the back of Jason Masters' mind. :D

Thats interesting, i thought the same about Q in the first issue of Vargr. I guess Masters really is inspired by his look, or he just wants to make sure that Michael continues his cameos, even in the comics :D

    Is it just me or
Birdwhistle look a bit like Barbra Gordon from the hush series I know there are only so many ways you can draw a girl with glasses but yeah they look similar to me of course as much as I like the art work part of me wishes Jim lee was drawing the women and if you need me to explain why wlll

He kind of did draw Kurjak who resembled both Professor Dent and Mr. White. When a friend of mine asked him on twitter, which of course he denied, but claimed that even he sees the resemblance.

See? It all comes down to one good writer to shape things up. And Eon still hires P&W. Ha!
