    Good one. Can be used in a number of amusing contexts. If I remember correctly, that one didn't work out for Bond in the movie (Bond girl wasn't picking up on it so he had to explain, FAIL).

    This probably says more about me than any bio could, but in my everyday life, I quote Archer more than Bond.

    'I expect you to die Mr Bond' is up there for spicing dull conversations up along with Bane's 'your punishment must be more severe' - and Lazenby's flippant 'this will do me nicely' is great to say in lazenby's intonation for a laugh...again not unlike saying on bane's voice 'it would be extremely painful'.

    I thought that I had nothing to contribute to this thread but then I remembered that I used to use this line a lot in my late teens/early 20s. It's an odd, somewhat old-fashioned turn of phrase that people don't really use and it would often provoke an interested reaction in people when I used it. And it works far better than trying to be "cool" like saying "things are shaping up nicely" when meeting a girl (I'm so embarrassed that I tried using lines like that when I was 14).
