Not QOS. @RichardTheBruce I thought you might've been the one to get this, based on a previous post. Glad to see this round is more elusive than I imagined.

Guess the scene. Below are the clues. Bonus points if you can translate every line.

    Eager for a lift?
I've got something sticky & green
    planted it myself
    you'll be seeing stars
    it takes about 10 seconds
    and then we're getting high
    I'm holding for a while
    but there is another carrier
crews will come to me for a hit
but I do deliveries as well too
    it's plain to see

Casino Royale? Because of lifts and carrier?

    Remember the crane fight.

Some of the clues are lining up, but it's not TSWLM.

    I have Two answers:

    1. No Time To Die, when Safin injected Bond with the Nanobots (planted it myself), then the missiles coming up (you'll be seeing stars), Bond was in a hurry to open the missile silos before the missile came up (it takes about 10 seconds),Bond reaching the rooftop (and then we're getting high), Bond talking to Madeleine through the radio while waiting for the missiles to hit him (I'm holding for a while), but those Royal Navy ships were coming carrying missiles that will strike him (but there is another carrier crews will come to me for a hit), Bond had the nanobots (but I do deliveries as well too it's plain to see).

    2. The Living Daylights, Necros delivering those exploding milk bottles?

    Neither of those films.

Here's some tips: a few of the words are intentionally misspelt, for example: 'here' becomes 'hear'.
    The strikethrough is also intentional.

Can't say I've decoded every line, but is it from the PTS of TND? Bond is trying to get that airplane to get out of there (eager for a lift). He sticks a green explosive charge to one of the vehicles. After he seems to be waiting at the end of the runway (with the other "carrier" of missiles coming after him, they're both "getting high" while the cruise is coming for its hit. And in the end he tells Robinson to "ask the admiral where he wants his bombs delivered". It's plane to sea? Well, actually it's more like sea (HMS Chester) to plane (the two L-39 Albatros).

Congrats, @j_w_pepper you've got it, it is the TND PTS which I consider one of the absolute best. And thanks for explaining several of the clues, as I put a lot of work into them. I even gave myself a TND themed avatar before bumping this thread, and still no one guessed TND.

    Clues explained:

Eager for a lift? = an Eager Beaver forklift is one of the vehicles at the arms bazaar (I thought @RichardTheBruce would've picked up on this since mentioning the Eager Beaver once before)
I've got something sticky & green = Bond holds a green sticky (magnetic) grenade
planted it myself = Bond pulls the pin and plants said grenade
you'll be seeing stars = Bond places the grenade next to a Soviet red star on the vehicle
it takes about 10 seconds = the sticky grenade fuse lasts for about 10 seconds
and then we're getting high = shortly after, Bond commandeers the Albatros jet
I'm holding for a while = Bond holds onto the back of the vehicle briefly before jumping off
but there is another carrier = the missile carrier that Bond rides on the back of
crews will come to me for a hit = the navy's crews cruise missile headed Bond's way
but I do deliveries as well too = Bond delivers too two nuclear torpedoes
it's plain to see = it's plane to C = it's Bond reporting in to Charles Robinson

    It's yours JW!

Now I know what to do in the middle of the night: brood over the next question. I'll need some time for that, but I'll be back over the next few days.

All right, here it goes. I'm pretty sure it won't last nearly as long as the last round, but I guess that's fine when I look at the beginnings of this thread:

A casual listener with a limited command of English might describe the scene like this:

Were the persons present discussing French broth that they might have had as one of the dinner courses?

They mention some cities and countries in Europe and Asia. And funny enough, they also seem to refer to the surfeit of a high-quality tree product.

There is a very expensive bar in the room. But the drink served seems to be rather mediocre in spite of that.

Bond meeting Aubergine in AVTAK maybe?

NIce try, thank you :-)...but wrong. It's not AVTAK.

Edit: As another hint, I don't suppose there is a scene there where anyone complains about the quality of a drink.

The clue about the countries kind of tipped me and then the "bar" got me thinking about the gold bar and the expense of it.

Okay lets see how this one plays out!

The waters aren't deep enough to bury this

Ah, ok and fine enough. Just in the spirit of my predecessor, I was also playing with the similarity of the words "bullion" and "bouillon"; as well as on the "overdose of bon bois" (= good wood) in the "rather disappointing brandy".

Thanks for yours, I'll think about it.
