Sorry to be back so quick, somehow...but the thought crossed my mind: The sinking of the St. Georges off Albania, with the ATAC on board, in FYEO?

"- My God, Jack. How deep is the water there?

    - Not deep enough, I'm afraid."

    Here it is:

Eleven seconds of déjà vu...or rather déjà écouté. Lines of dialogue repeated verbatim within 15 seconds of another. There is also some talk about the 19th century and dogs.

    Who is the repetitive person?

Anyone care to guess? I thought it would be more obvious than it seems to be.

I think it must be Sir Donald Munger in DAF.

You're absolutely right, @Dragonpol. During his explanations about the diamond business, he says:

"The whole process, from start to finish, is subject to an airtight security system. It's an essential precaution, though the industry prides itself on the loyalty and devotion of its workers." (from about 00:09:55 until 00:10:07 into the movie).

And then he says the exact same words again between about 00:10:21 and 00:10:32.

Oh yes, the 19th century reference is about the "1851" Solera ("There is no year for sherry, 007") and the canine reference is about diamonds having replaced dogs as girls' best friends. Just to avoid anyone wondering any further.

I'm looking forward to your next scene description, @Dragonpol .

    Thank you, @j_w_pepper.

    Here's a new one:

It's plain to see. This is a life lesson in why you should never drive away from the scene of an accident. He should have done as he was told and driven with due care and attention but as it turned out the brake was soon put on his journey.

    Ferrara in FYEO?

He's not driving with attention, then Bond shot the windshield of his car, then yes, the brake turned his car to the cliff and Bond kicked it.

I think you mean Locque and not Ferrara, @MI6HQ.

Sadly that's not the scene I had in mind, but a good guess nonetheless!

I have no clue so far, but thought I'd bump the thread a little.

I will add that there's a small clue in the first line of the description.

I figured it was. I just don't know what it is. :-)

    Just demonstrating my continued interest.

I've never played this game until now so maybe it's a little too crytpic. If so, I can always add clues to make it a tad easier.

No, sorry, that's not it either.

Another clue: Bond isn't driving in this short part of a scene.

Tanker scene from LTK - driver has his brakes cut, sees the other driver crash and drives off, Pam's plane flying over.

A good guess and on the right track with the plane but not the scene I was thinking of.

"Plane to sea"? Goldfinger's JetStar? But then, who drove away from the scene of an accident.

No, not the one I was thinking of. Should I add another clue to narrow it down a bit more? Such as the Bond actor era the scene comes from?

Feel free, whatever. Personally, I'd prefer a hint that has to do with the scene, not so much an actor's tenure.

    A fresh clue:

The driver should've done what the man said.

No, not that dialogue from Q in GoldenEye, sadly.

The clue above is a paraphrased version of dialogue spoken in the specific scene that I am thinking of.
