Cast these people in a Bond film.

The idea is simple. I post an actor or actress' picture and we find a good part somewhere in the 25 (NSNA and CR67 included) Bond films so far. Enjoy! ;-)

Vincent Price in You Only Live Twice as....Blofeld. He would have been the perfect Blofeld.

Personally I would have cast him as either Scaramanga or as Hugo Drax. :-)

Actually I both sound like great ideas as they both villains gave excellent speeches.

    Stromberg.

What I like about Price is that both the younger and the older Price could have served well in the Bonds. I even entertain the thought of having him as M from '62 till '89. ;-)

They are both too brutish for Price, I think. Blofeld would be a great idea, in YOLT or OHMSS. In YOLT his mere presence would have improved the movie tremendously.

Price had a great voice - I'd have loved for him to be Drax. That would be my first choice for him. He would have oozed evil and definitely had the right tone for the one liners. He actually could look elegant, I don't think too.

    That or Blofeld in YOLT.

Maybe Price as Largo in TB but it would have been a rather different take than Adolfo Celi's.

I think Price would've been a killer Drax.

Great idea for a thread @DarthDimi.
As for Price, I'd like to see him in unfamiliar territory. An ally.
Maybe Henderson in YOLT or even Frederick Gray TSWLM-TLD.
Of course being a renowned villainous actor, it would be hard not to cast him as such.
YOLT Blofeld, Hugo Drax, Dr.Carl Mortner in AVTAK spring to mind.

Vincent Price, I would like to see him as an ally, like what Benny said. He could work as Tibbett, or a Tanner. As a villain, I'd like to see him as Drax or Grant.

Vincent Price as Max Kalba- but give him more lines. His death at the hands teeth of Jaws would've been cool to see.

Nice idea Dimi, and a good first subject.

I would have cast Vincent Price as Stromberg. Nothing against Jurgens, but Price exudes that same elegance. I can imaging Price delivering the line 'let them get ashore, and then kill them'.

First of all, Jane can act, which is a plus. And second, she looked great in the 60's and 70's (Bond girl kind of looks).

Hmmm. I think I'd like for her to have been Dr. Goodhead in MR or Tiffany Case in DAF. I think that she could have really helped MR.

What a choice of roles for Jane Fonda.
Domino in TB, Tiffany Case in DAF, Holly Goodhead in MR and one I think she would've been good at, would be Octopussy in OP.
Although I feel it would be hard to top Maud Adams, the age difference and character, I think would've suited her alongside an older Moore Bond.
Look forward to the next actor / actress.

    Thanks, guys. ;-)

Yes, I wouldn't mind working with Jane in the 60s. Barbarella is an awful film in many ways but Jane alone made it into a guilty pleasure of mine. ;-)

Yes, I can understand that. But I wasn't thinking of that one when I said she could act. ;)

Jane Fonda. Quantum leader. If earlier Pussy Galore, Tiffany Case, Goodnight or as Fiona. Fiona of course in the hope to change the chacter.

Vincent Price i must think about Dr No or James Bond as replacement of David Niven in CR1967.

There's a more extensive similar topic about this in here: http://www.mi6community.com/index.php?p=/discussion/4746/top-5-elements-bond-24-must-have-to-tackle-every-bit-of-criticism-that-surrounded-skyfall#Item_236

Having said that, I post some pioctures. My favourite actors and actresses that should be considered:

For a Rosa Klebb-like, Fiona Volpe-like older Bond henchwoman:
    220px-Tilda_Swinton_2012_Shankbone.JPG

This time, the lead villain, Largo-esque Number One figure:
    3045.jpg

For an, for Bond 24 still uncredited, 'mysterious' villain (Call him Blofeld):
    christoph-waltz-premiere-django-unchained-02.jpg OR.....
    01a61_daniel-day-lewis-16x9.jpg

The leading Bond girl then. Perhaps this time Bond will bed her in the end:
    266px-Pen%C3%A9lope_Cruz_-_Cannes_2011.jpg

But we haven't had a BLOND leading Bond girl since.....since 1987??
    oscars-charlize-theron.jpg

And if there's need for a male henchman instead of a Rosa Klebb-esque henchwoman:

For a smaller, secondary Bond girl role, perhaps this Dutch actress?

@Gustav_Graves, I think you might want to re-read the first couple of posts in this thread. ;-) The idea is not to randomly post pics because for that, as you yourself pointed out, we already have a thread. ;-)

As others have said, in her prime Jane was beautiful, and she could back her looks up with acting chops. As for which Bond Girl would I have cast Jane as, Mary Goodnight, Anya Amasova or Holly Goodhead.
