An easy one, then : Which real world event was discussed on Thunderball (the movie) ?

Clue : it was the subject of several movies, including one featuring two actors who had played together in a James Bond movie (loosely).

Is it the great train robbery of 1963?
Benny is right ! It is indeed the Gasgow London postal train robbery of 1963. BTW, the movie that featured two actors who had played together in a James Bond was "Le Cerveau", which featured Sir David Niven as the titular "Brain", and Jean-Paul Belmondo, both having shared screen time together in Casino Royale '67.

    Your turn, Benny.

    Nice easy one.
You Only Live Twice and Moonraker share a similarity concerning something about Bond. What is it?

Do you mean Bond as a man/character, or are you referring to the entire franchise?

Is it that Bond investigates mid-air hijackings of spacecraft in both films?

Something that Bond does, or does not do concerning the franchise. It's a very well known piece of trivia.

Oh really? That was a stab in the dark as well.

In which film (outside of Bond) did Roger Moore and Bernard Lee face off against each other?

Damn, I've heard this before and I remember the answer, but I can't recall what the movie's called now. I'll take a guess, 'Ffolkes'?

It's not 'Ffolkes' (and I'll have you refer it by it's Anglo title, 'North Sea Hijack' thank you very much.) ;-)

    Have another go.

Hey, when I watched it on Netflix a few months ago, that's the title it gave me. Can't blame me! ;-)

Thanks @Creasy. Those numbers are always stuck in my head for some reason.

In how many films do we actually see Bond 'wined and dined' with the main villain?

Do you mean actually sitting down and eating with the villain, or just shown hospitality to some extent?

Sitting down and eating with the villain.

4 is the correct number @Murdock, but not the correct films.

So then Murdock has it, since the question was how many films, not the exact films.

Here I was, counting on my fingers and thinking of films, when Murdock replies and I stop counting immediately.

I feel like this might be obvious. Hmm. Is it the fact that Michael Lonsdale (Drax) is the father of Mathieu Almaric (Greene) in 'Munich'?
