Speaking strictly as a comic book illiterate, I´d say Egghead sounds like something that could live underwater.

All I want to see at this point is a Superman movie with a new villain from the comics. No Lex Luthor or General Zod! Someone new please! Brainiac, Metallo, or even Toyman!

Or Mxyzptlk? Wonder how that would turn out. Bizarro would maybe be easier?

Bizarro was kinda done in Superman 3. It would take a lot, but Mxyzptlk could work possibly. It would be hard though.

The kryptonite that turned Superman evil. Made him split in two.

Right. Kryptonite is a great tool, it should be explored more.

I would love this! Believe it or not, Daniel Craig is my pick to play Brainiac. Also Superman: Brainiac from 2011 is one of my top five favorite Superman stories. It would be great for a movie.

My issue with all this joker stuff is that the allure of the character may lose its lustre. With TDK recently celebrating 10 years and Ledger once again and rightfully so being praised for his performance as the character, it's somewhat sad that WB are now going to milk the character heavily and in quick succession too.

    Edit:

Ok so GR seems to believe that the Leto movie film won't happen and that it'll just be Phoenix' version that will see the light of day. I REALLY hope this is the case.

I agree. They already did that with Lex Luthor and General Zod.

I just don’t want a Joker film period or really any villain to have their own movie sorry but not every character deserves a 2 hour film dedicated to them at least marvel is smart enough to realize this...

    What about Venom?

I'm not really interested in Joker OR Venom.
Once they said Venom wasn't part of the MCU that pretty much blew it for me. Like what's the point, you know? Spidey is a big part of his origin.

I haven't heard much on Joker's movie yet.

    That's Sony not Marvel Studios.

    Two points

    1. Venom changed from a villain to an anti-hero and there forth I could see his film working far better
    2. Technically Venom is no MCU

That being said i doubt I will see The Clown Prince of Crime in theaters

Venom, in a way, is in MCU. "Adjunct to MCU", accordingly.

    A drop in the ocean?

Sorry, I know my jokes can be flat sometimes, but recently the use of the word "drop" just begs for it :-))
