    Do YOUR cats actually use any of the items you provide specifically for them? Mine don't, and they and their predecessors over 35 years never have (so I stopped trying a long time ago). Earlier felines slept all over the place, but never in a basket that was meant for them, scratched on everything but never on a scratching tree, and since they were always free to leave home through their flap, even the litter box became ultimately unused.

    So good luck with teaching them to use their own furniture.
