    Ohai everyone!

    I am new and I came on here... because I didn't like Skyfall rofl

    But also I only recently got hugely into the Bond films again after I grabbed Casino Royale and Goldfinger at the HMV sale and realized just how awesome Casino Royale is. Then I watched Quantum of Solace and thought that was amazing too.

    So yeah erm, nice to meet all of you and chat about such a cool topic!

    I'm a long time lurker (2 year+). I originally found the site when I was researching Bond information for something I was writing. I've been on here off and on since and thought it was a good time to sign up since I'm currently watching and reading all the Bond movies and books in chronological release.

    Ha, I was thinking on including that in my initial post, but wanted to lay low for a bit longer.

    The cop out answer is that I'm a fan of all the Bonds. My first James Bond experience was watching James Bond Jr. when I was a kid and my dad saw the cartoon and set me right. We went to the video store and rented, as I recall, almost all of them. My first Bond movie was LALD, so I have a soft spot with Moore.

    The more direct answer is as an adult I tend to lean towards the more gritty Bonds. I'd probably say that Connery is my favorite, but I feel like Craig has the potential to surpass that, though I want to see another solid installment or two, or let the one's he's made further grow on me. I'm also a big fan of Dalton, since I'm now reading the books, but he's not really in the running though I love both his movies.

    I found the site while trying to find information on the Skyfall disc for the Bond 50 boxset. Ended up signing up, as I found quite a few interesting threads :)

    Hi guy's. I used to be on here a long time ago but now I am back. :)

    I was 8 years old when introduced to James Bond. It was a movie on the tv called Goldfinger. Since then been hooked.

    My name is Mike and I am a Bond fan.
    I grew up in the 70s and saw the films on ABC tv. since then I have read all the novels, most of the books about the films and books, and I have owned all the films on Laser disc, DVDs, and now Blu ray

    I am also a fan of the many 60s era Bond knock offs.

    My favorite spy novels however are the Matt Helm books

    I am huge fan of Bond, the Movies and the books also the (titan) graphic novels, which I still need to complete.
    I grew up with the Moore bonds and still love the light heartedness of them but Connery will always be my #1

    I am a huge James Bond fan, and have been for my whole life. I have posted a few remarks before on discussions where I feel like I can make a contribution to the conversation, but I feel like its time for a proper introduction. I love all things Bond and look forward to being a proper member of this forum.
