    Dalton has given away a clue as to what his age is. He once said he was 24 when he was first approached for the part of Bond. (Wow, kind of glad he turned it down then.) This would have been in 1968 I assume. Unless the stories about him being wanted for OHMSS are false, and it was not until 1970 when DAF was about to be filmed. Actors lie about their age all the time in each direction for various reasons. I am afraid we may not know for certain until we read his obituary.

    Anyway, happy birthday, Mr Dalton. You are terrific!
