I think it sets off a section. Look for it the next time you quote someone.

  • Hello! I'm Division_00. I'm known by this name all over the Internet, including on non-Bond sites, such as the Kingdom of Loathing. I've been a Bond fan since I was very young. I have a website at arn007blog.weebly.com but I don't update it very often because of school. I'm really excited to be part of this community and hope to start meeting a bunch of nice people very soon!

  • More things you can call me:
    Divide Another Day
    Everything and Nothing
    000
    null

Thanks Brady for the first two

  • I get a lot of questions about my name whenever I join an online community. Division_00 is, of course, a reference to Bond's division within MI6, but on non-Bond sites, some people interpret it as "division by 0". This itself has led to nicknames of my nickname, most of which have to do with math: "Div" (which comes from <div>), "NaN", "undefined", and "Div00". "<div>" is the command for the mathematical division function in the C language, which is one of the most common computer languages in the world. "NaN", short for "Not a Number", is what you get when you try to divide 0 by 0 (in other words, div 0/0 or division 0/0). "Undefined" is, of course, the result of division by 0. "Div00" is just a general abbreviation for all this nonsense.

I hope this helps if you ever log onto, say, Kingdom of Loathing and people start calling me "undefined". Now you know just what the heck is going on.

0 divided by 0=0 brings me back to those traumatic days of high school and college algebra. The nightmares.

Nice to have you, and I like that your nickname has take on a life of its own on other sites. Maybe MI6 Community and its members can give you a fresh alternative nickname to add to the list.

"Div/Divide Another Day," perhaps? "Zilch," "Zip," "Nil," "Nada," "Aught," "Everything AND Nothing," "Cero," etc. ? ;-)
