Not bad, ahead of Thunderball, and just behind The Living Daylights. Not bad at all.
And now time for some actual discussion:
Is it higher/lower than your own ratings?
Personal % - 80ish Community % - 77.68. Lower. I didn't expect FYEO to be ahead of both TB and GF.
What is your favourite category/element/thing in the film?
Maybe Moore's performance - his usual laconic charm, now laced with a steely determination.
What surprised you the most, while reading other peoples ratings?
Julian Glover as the main villain - I didn't expect him to get such low scores. Granted he's not the most memorable character, but still....
Feel free to comment! Another Bond film coming soon...
Is it higher/lower than your own ratings?
Personal % - 91.33, community %- 77.68
Lower, but I'm not surprised.
What is your favourite category/element/thing in the film?
Moore's performance, The Bond girl, the music and the locations all make for a superb release.
What surprised you the most, while reading other peoples ratings?
Nothing much, but as @royale65 says, I was taken aback at how low people scored Julian Glover as Aris Kristatos.
What surprised me the most? Kristatos' low scores. He's my least favorite villain but I always sort of thought I was alone in that. I don't HATE him like I hate Graves' character, but he's just so BANAL.

A minor change, but not enough to dislodge CR.
Ahh, that's great. Hopefully, @SaintMark's score will increase the average...
Hm... To me it seems like this does not add up. :-?
Since OHMSS's first points count, and its very solid entry of 88%, only three people have voted: Me, @QBranch, and @SaintMark (is that correct?). I gave it a solid score of 92 %, SaintMark even higher. So even though QBranch gave it a score of 82 %, it seems odd that the total percentage would drop with 6% as a result of those included votes. Is it only me who thinks that doesn't make sense? Are you sure everything was correct in the calculations? I am not complaining and I may be wrong, but with so much data to summarize its only natural that slight mistakes occur...

Kamen's score and cinematography bring the score down. Still a great film though.
/10
1. Direction - 9 (I feel that Glen's work is superb but he didn't get the best performance out of Lowell or Soto)
2. Screenplay - 10
3. Script - 9

6. Main Villain - 10 (Best in the series)
7. Main Bond Girl - 7
8. Bond - 10 (A Bond who's been scorn'd is Hell on Earth; Dalton gives possibly the best performance of any actor in the series history)
9. Sets - 7 (Perhaps the film's weakest point; nothing stands out)
10. Music - 8 (Great work by Kamen. A bit too LW/DH/80's in general at times.)
11. Cinematography - 9 (I reaaaaaally like that shot of Bond climbing the cargo elevator)
