    Very nice, @Trigger! Do you live in NY? I've been to the city once (as a tourist, sadly), and I fell in love with it instantly.

    Unfortunately not @Creasy47 as I love it too! I actually flew out from the UK for the event, one of the craziest things I've done in terms of how much it cost but new Bond movies, especially anniversary one's, don't come around very often so thought I'd make the effort as life is so short!

    Well this is going to sound ridiculous but I went to the London premiere too! At the time I worked for a wine company and through a contact of a contact (who knew I was a massive Bond fan) I was able to get tickets for me and my best friend.

    After the premiere I originally had no intention of going to the NY premiere but then with the date being changed due to the hurricane this meant a spare ticket came up which I was offered. So off I went!

    Unfortunately the new date also meant the cast couldn't make it but I still got to see John Logan, Sting and a few other minor celebs. And unlike the London Premiere, my NY ticket included the after party which was amazing fun, meeting some truly larger than life characters!

    But yes, overall the London Premiere was the best and was generally a MUCH bigger event.

    The whole story sounds very exciting! I'm jealous you got to go to both premieres, and yes: that type of anniversary only hits once, so might as well make the best of it!

    I'd be very reticent in putting a pic of me up here - I like to maintain an air of mystery as Dragonpol and that is the way that I wish it to stay.

    Yes you should try it someday Brady, great fun! :)

    I made a collage today out of Instagram photos I took on my NYC/Philadelphia trip this spring, I think it turned out very good! :) I've ordered a 90x60cm photo poster of it to put on my wall (I am in it too, so I'm not violating the thread too much ;) )

    Brings back many fond memories, and I'll have something to look at when my travel eager gets too big.
