    I'm glad to see that as a consensus, Craig is the most liked of the modern Bonds (which I consider to be Dalton and above). Not surprising, but definitely nice; hopefully he'll at least get a couple more good ones in before he leaves. My favorite Bond is definitely a toss-up between Connery and Craig.

    I'm not givin up on Dalton. No way! This thread has been going on for less than three weeks, and "Dalton fans" are already rushing to get this finished? I mean, honestly...

    Just because he's your favorite Bond doesn't mean it's any different than other actors/films. It would be hypocritical to defend your favorite actor/film, then trash others when they defend theirs, no matter what the score.

    At this rate, it looks like Dalton will be gone in the next day or two.

    I have never thrashed anyone for defending their favourites, and I certainly have no intention to do so... If it was up to me, we should all defend our favourites until the bitter end... no matter what the score!

    Besides, you yourself kept voting for Brosnan until the bitter end, even when he only had one point... So unless you support me on this, you are being hypocritical...

    I'm not focusing on you, but your comment made me think about it, and I've seen that hypocrisy happen quite a few times, so I just wanted to point that out.

    To be fair, he didn't think people would want to see a 50 something Bond. I couldn't imagine Dalton staying for more than 4 films. Maybe if they had Casino Royale, they could have tempted him back for a 5th.
