    1) Lois Maxwell - All films. Period.

    2) Samantha Bond - She had fantastic chemistry with Pierce and a wonderful sense of humor. The perfect choice to play MP in the 90's.

    3) Naomie Harris - For now. We'll see how her character develops. Hopefully we won't see her in the field again. She's the wildcard. Could move up or down.

    4) Pamela Salem - A little bland but serviceable.

    5) Caroline Bliss - Not the greatest actress to begin with but her chemistry with Dalton was non-existent. Of course, besides Kara, Dalton's Bond didn't have great chemistry with any women so perhaps that's not entirely her fault.

Come on, @barryt007, that film has a couple of things working quite well. The women are handsdown some of the prettiest in the entire history of the Bonds, EON and non-EON. ;)

So, basically, you refuse to rank any of the Moneypennies just because there's the *option* to include the one from CR67? Aright then, each to their own...

"I'll file that with some of the other secret information around here" :-O

What such a convincing line delivery. I know @Major loves everything Dalton but I'm still amazed at how he can rank that lady above Louis.

At least the MP from CR67 had an undoubtedly 60s style.

If Bliss' 80's Moneypenny had a 60's style, that would be something people to complain about.

    "A diamond, in a ring."

Hold me down, that delivery was so staggeringly awesome, I might explode. Ok, Maxwell worked well with Connery, but she was kept on for far too long. And then she wanted to become the next M, opposite Moore's successor...? [-X She wasn't that special.

I liked the way that Bliss worked with Dalton, so shoot me. That's a one time offer, mind. ;)

Look, CR67 is the only Bond film with this lady:

I also hate CR67 and NSNA and don't count them as Bond movies, but @DarthDimi was clear that ranking them was optional so it is EON-purist accessible.

    4. Naomi Harris

Anyone without Lois Maxwell in the #1 spot is wrong. This isn't an opinion.

edit: my favorite Bond-Moneypenny combination is Connery and Maxwell with my favorite scene between the two being FRWL. Their chemistry together is so intense that it nearly hurts.

6 - Pleasant drive in the country... in GE. I know, most people loath the music; I think it adds to the joy of it all.

5 - The icy car chase in OHMSS. And they didn't even collect the prize!

4 - The Aston chase in TLD. The extra options make it count. ;-)

3 - The Lotus chase in TSWLM. Very kinetic. I like it a lot.

2 - Chasing around Auric's factory in GF.

1 - The Parking Lot car chase in TND. Pierce is having so much fun and so am I.

    6. Despite some frantic editing, the PTS chase in QOS was pretty neat.
    5. 2CV chase in FYEO- ugly car, but boy is it quick in reverse!
    4. BMW chase in TND- loses a point for the collateral damage to Avis, but a cool scene nonetheless.
    3. Bond tests out the ejector seat on an unsuspecting GF henchman.
    2. In TLD, we see the latest thing from Q Branch: a winterized Aston.
    1. Lotus chase in Spy- great cinematography, great music.
  • 6. Ice chase in On Her Majesty's Secret Service. Probably benefits from the awesomeness of the escape in general.
    5. Chase in the car park in Tomorrow Never Dies
    4. Chase through the mountains in The Living Daylights.
    3. Tank chase in GoldenEye (maybe not a car, deal with it)
    2. Lotus chase in The Spy Who Loved Me, because there's a submarine involved.
    1. Bond's flight from Goldfinger's forces at Auric Industries.
