    There's a brief discussion about that just a ways up this page, @NickTwentyTwo ;)

    While that's probably the case some of the time, nobody can really say for certain unless that person is themselves. For what it's worth, I always vote on the merits of each entry according to the game criteria. Often that aligns with my favorite films (Walken in AVTAK or the cinematography of QOS or SF), but that's simply because those are my favorite films because they score high for me in so many categories.

    The ranking here works for me so far...more or less...TND is ranked too high and SP too low. Despite the yellow filter, SP does have many beautiful shots like Belucci at home or several shots in the desert.
    I always thought it is a common feeling that TND isn't visually stunning. I love it as a fast action flick but definitely not for its cinematography. Well, apart from the cinematography of Inga Bergstrom ;)

    And if one comes to terms with Brofeld, one might notice the filters aren't bad anyway! If I liked CR more, I might not find the hacky blue/orange movie poster color scheme and Dutch angles so offensive! ;)

    I'm curious which cinematography decisions take you out of LTK?

    Well, the two most obvious examples are the bizarre slow motion shot of Felix and his DEA buddies running towards the henchmen during the PTS, and the equally bizarre 'angel' moment when the lighting goes very soft and Dario sees Pam walking up the stairs. That aside there's a reason why some fans seem to find this film a bit too 'TV movie'-ish. I like it a lot by the way as a film.

    @007HallY Thanks for the answer. Yes, I understand the "TV-movie critics" a bit. I would say it is mainly because it doesn't feature as much as beautiful and exotic locations than most of the others Bomd movies (AVTAK has the same issue). The slow-motion in the PTS of LTK is a bit wierd indeed, the "angel-moment" works for me.
