    If we can go outside the EON universe I will say one who was an actual contender for the role back in 1968 when they were casting the film:

    Deneuve would have been the perfect book Tracy. Diana Rigg was amazing and all, but her character was really a completely different creation from Fleming's Tracy. If you were to rip Tracy straight out of the pages, that's Deneuve.

    From the films, I might have to go with Jane Seymour. Maybe just because she's so perfect to me. I could see Bond giving it all up to marry that woman.

    What do I know. Denise Richards is a good choice too, @Thunderfinger.

    Teri Hatcher. In my imagination the Paris McKenna Carver character should've been Tiffany Case Carver instead.

    To be honest, I think St. John made one of the most irritating Bond girls ever.

    Try to think of someone worse and I can't. At least Roberts and Richards were excellent eye candy.

    Saw St. John in a Frank Sinatra film once, Tony Rome, and she fared better.
