SPECTRE: The Clapperboard thread

How strange. The second unit shot above lists Alexander Witt as Director and Jallo Faber as Director of Photography. But the other second unit shot (in what looks like a kitichen) it lists Sam Mendes and Hoyte van Hoytema. Colour me confused!

Regarding the Birds of the West Indies book seen in clapperboard image '21n, Bond's apartment', can anyone tell me if there has been any other Spectre photos or footage released containing the book? There hasn't.

I didn't notice that ...the book made a cameo in DAD as well.
