Nice try mate, but it's not that one. It is, however, something they all do with their hand.

    I know now!
In both TSWLM and NTTD, Both Paloma and Anya put their hands on their ears.
Though, in TSWLM, it's rather intentional because Anya really puts her hand on her ears without a reason, meanwhile in NTTD, Paloma just puts her hand on her ears because she's going to wear an earpiece.

In OHMSS, it's different as a member of angels of death was seen in the beginning parting her hair on her ears, but not literally holding her ears.
    So, it's OOO.

It has nothing to do with ears! (or earlobes), but the Angels of Death are in the scene with Bond - or should I say, 'Sir Hilary Bray'.

Would you mind recapping your clues for us @QBranch

Here's the clues - general locations provided.

    OHMSS Piz Gloria
    TSWLM Luxor
    NTTD Cuba

Characters directly involved: Bond as 'Sir Hilary Bray'; Anya; Paloma

A similar action that each of the three characters perform.

All three do something similar with a part of their body, except in one of the films, what one of them does is intentional.

Something they all do with their hand.

The Angels of Death are in the scene with Bond.

*New clue*: The Microfilm is directly involved.

Okay, I get it now, but I don't know how to explain..... So just uploaded it via GIF.

    Both have these hand movements:

    ezgif.com-gif-maker-1d1b15c2405a6806f.gif

    In OHMSS:

It's intentional, because he's playing fool, so he really intended to act like some sort of fool in that scene, because he's in disguise of Sir Hillary Bray.

    So it's the OOO?

That's fantastic I would never had thought of that. I think we might have a winner!

Bingo! You have the game in your grasp! All three characters go to grab something without looking, but it's not quite where they thought. The OOO is Bond as Hilly, who does look at the granite curling stone but looks away before reaching for it and misses in an exaggerated manner. All part of his guise as someone who is far from a sporting man. Hilly proceeds to have his throw, but slides across the ice! Of course, Bond himself would know how to curl like a pro, even if he had never played before...

    Congrats @MI6HQ!

Okay I will give it a go!

NTTD Bond goes underwater with a plane
TSWLM Bond goes underwater with a car
LTK Bond goes underwater in scuba gear

LTK is OOO as Bond doesn't take a vehicle underwater.

Not that one, but you're right on the OOO though.

All three films see Bond hold a note/message in the presence of a body:

TSWLM - 'out of order' sign which he respectfully places on Mr. Kalba
LTK - bloody shark message found on Felix
NTTD - 'forgive me' note burnt at Vesper's grave

LTK is the OOO as Felix is not deceased.

TSWLM Bond is the passenger in the van with Anya
NTTD Bond is the passenger on the bike with Nomi
LTK Bond is the passenger with Pam on a plane

LTK is OOO as the vehicle is in the air

    Not yet, I'm afraid.....
Clue 1: It has nothing to do with Bond or any of the characters.

TSWLM - We have the Liparus tanker opening up its 'bows' for various submarines
LTK - Joe's meditation institute has a door that opens in the ground to allow helicopter access
NTTD - OOO as Safin's lair has silo doors and others that we don't see vehicles enter or exit

Interesting observation, but what I'm finding for has nothing to do with it.

Nothing to do with the characters, lairs and nothing to do with plots.

Clue 2: This thing, they all have this in common, but only one was different (yes, I'm talking about a particular thing).

TSWLM - it is a fish. Dropped out the window of Wet Nellie.
    LTK - fake winking fish.
NTTD - another fish. Real on the dock.

    LTK as the OOO.

Well that was a quick thought. I'm glad it connected.

    I wanna try this.

    TMWTGG
    TSWLM

    TSWLM is the OOO
LALD and TMWTGG don't feature an active Bond in their PTS, but TSWLM does?

These are the three soundtracks I own on 8-track cartridge, but TMWTGG is the OOO as it's still sealed in the plastic?

    Two options:

LALD OOO as villain isn’t shot to death by Bond.

    or

LALD OOO as main henchman doesn’t survive at the end.

    No Tabasco in LALD!

    Not the PTS.
    Not the 8-track soundtrack.
    Not the villain or henchman.
    Not Tabasco!

I can offer up I'm looking for something on the production side.

TSWLM - different gunbarrel that also used a different cue from the James Bond theme.

Not the gunbarrel or any music.
