Something to do with ice being applied to women in bed, maybe?

Both scenes are part of this round but it is not about the ice.

    It’s about sex, then.
Scaramanga has sex with Andrea before killing Gibson.
TB is OOO as there is no sex involved.

    Good enough.
The main villain is seen in/on the bed and he does have a sexual relationship. However, in TB no sex is part of the scene (torture instead).

That was a good one 👍

Does each one feature Bond in a speedboat, but he doesn't drive it in Spy?

Nothing to do with speedboats or any other modes of transportation.
This one is a little trickier so for starters I will say that one of the scenes occur during the PTS, which incidentally is also the OOO.

    TB - funeral.
    LALD - funeral.
    TSWLM - burial at sea.

So from your description that's not it.

No that either, although you have one correct scene.

    TB: henchman killed by sharks
    LALD: Baines killed by snake
    TSWLM: girl killed by shark

    LALD is OOO.

TB a coffin has the initials JB on the coffin
LALD JB appears on Bond's robe
TSWLM JB doesn't appear in the film

    Spy is OOO

Neither guess but it does involve someone dying under certain circumstances.

Maybe LALD as the other two have people killed by sharks, but Mr Big fails to kill anyone with his sharks?

    No animals involved either.
To solve this one you’ll need to use your ears as well as your eyes.

    Gentle bump of this thread

TB Bond gets aid from a female agent who dies (Paula)
LALD Bond gets aid from a female agent who dies (Rosie)
TSWLM Bond gets aid from a female agent who lives (Anya)

Spy is OOO as the female agent lives!

Nice try but that’s not it.
As already stated, all scenes feature a character dying, but it’s the context in which these deaths occur that is pretty unusual.
You could even argue that one of these films has two such sequences, one after the other (big hint!)

TB and TSWLM features the villain killing an employee (or three) while sitting relaxed. So LALD is OOO

TB character is seen being fed to sharks and dying
LALD character is seen getting a snake bite in the neck and dying
TSWLM character is seen getting bitten by a human in the neck and dying

TB is OOO has the bite doesn't occur in the neck? It's a reach. LOL

Neither of you has got it… yet.
There is something going on during these particular sequences that hightens the dramatic effect of these deaths.

There is a build up of dancing and music when Baines and Kalba are killed, but not for Fiona.

You are both wrong and right!
A musical act is seen performing in the build up to Fiona, Hamilton and Kalba's death (Baines' death could also be included, even though the performers are part of a cult, rather than a musical act).
TB is OOO as Fiona is killed by one of her own henchmen, as opposed to the other two.

@R1s1ngs0n Thank you mate, I didn't give the correct answer, but I respect your decision. Here is the new round:

    Kronsteen
    Fatima
    Natalya

    Natalya isn't seen holding cigarettes

You are close, very close. But this isn't about Bond, James Bond.

They all say their own names in the films.. I'll go with Natalya being the odd one out as she isn't referring to herself in the third person as the other two do, just saying her name as a voice recognition.
(Alternatively, Kronsteen is the only one who doesn't use his whole name)

This is the answer. Only Kronsteen doesn't say his first name. Over to you @mtm!
