    Not related to Lucy Pinder by any means is he?
    Is she named after her father perhaps?

    She does look rather menacing here i gotta say.
    Must be in the family.
    I guess good genes are among the entry requirements for the British Secret Service. Well done, Pinder!

    Also at The Wolf Trap, outdoor venue west of Washington DC this summer.

    I'm thinking about it. 30 minutes away.

    A few minutes ago I came extremely close to death on the road. I can’t stress enough to EVERYONE to practice good defensive driving, which sadly sometimes isn’t enough. If I’m suddenly gone, it could easily be because of how reckless people can be on the road...

    I'm sure all of us are glad you "only" came close to death and managed to avoid it. And I agree that more defensive driving is what we need on the road (which by the way is not the same as asking for tougher rules or lower speed limits or whatever). I notice myself becoming more cautious, but at the same time more relaxed while I'm getting older. I don't have to go 200+ km/h on the Autobahn any more even where it's legal, nor pass on roads where I can't see the next bend, and the like. So good luck for the next case of encountering reckless people.

    Hand-to-hand combat.

    Multi-lingual approval: "Oui. Ja."

    @FoxRox Pirates. Was a rough 20 years.

    If I had to pick a team in the AL it'd be the Orioles, actually. Are you a lifelong fan?

    As long as I have liked sports; a few years. I am a fan of Chicago and Baltimore sports teams due to family/friend connections.

    I see. I'm pretty much in the same boat re: family connections. Have you been to Camden Yards? Great ballpark. (So is PNC actually.)

    Ha. I don't mind them @Birdleson. When I was really into the NFL I had an instinctual like or dislike of every team in the league. With baseball, nope. Just interested in how the Pirates (and O's) are doing. Not really too fussed about the rest of the league.
