The game is out 16th October in the USA and 19th October in the UK. Not a lot of time to reveal anything new, apart from the Goldfinger level.

But it is from a long time ago. What game was it that this guy did the voice for? The Raven game? Could they have brought him back for Legends??
Very worried about the online multiplayer. Goldeneye reloaded was terrible online. It lagged all the time.
I believe they also hired this guy for QoS, but he was replaced by Craig at the last moment. So if Craig indeed doesn't voice the game (at which point it makes no sense at all to use his likeness), we'll probably get this chap!
It is frustrating, I'd much rather have a game where I'm kicking ass as Roger Moore or Tim Dalton, whether it's their voice or not, even more so if it was 3rd person. But I think there's a clause where only the current Bond actor can be used in the games (FRWL was released after Brosnan was let go) so its generic Bond (as in AUF), Craig Bond but with different voice or Craig Bond with Craig's voice as the only options. So really not having Craig's voice but having his likeness maybe the best option they have...

Then perhaps you should have read some of the previous comments. We've all been speculating at it for some time, and it was outright proven when the Achievement list went up.
And, damn Activision for not having Craig do the voice. They could hire him for two games not based on one of his movies, but one that is and they pick the soundalike?
My comment was sarcastic. I should have put a winking face next to it to make it clearer. Sorry about the mix up.
They hired this guy for bloodstone and had to use Craig in both games as it was felt golden eye without Craig would outsell bloodstone without Craig.
it was an attempt to make the activision version of Agent Under Fires bond. which is pretty cool, give this guy or Toby Stephens a chance at the main role in a game.
Cool I wonder what film it will be maybe Quantum of Solace or Casino royale ;)

There probably cutting characters because nobody will remember or care about them.

Point is, some characters got to go because they aren't very important.
