On topic again, I can't get over how good of a score OHMSS is. I've only listened to a few tracks from this release so far, but that's enough to remind me how top of his game John Barry was by this point. It's so rich and atmospheric!
My package from LL Records came in a well-padded mailer.
... and as everyone has already noted "Prelude for Guitar And Strings" is absolutely stunning.
[Does anyone object if I post yet more screencaps from OHMSS?
... didn't think so. ] :x
I got mine from there, and it sounds amazing. Neil paid justice to this score, which I regard as the best work by John Barry (or anybody else) on the franchise. The detail is stunning and the mastering is a top job.

Agree! Flipped through the booklet yesterday, and really like the selection of photos they've picked for the liner notes.
That and “Eight” are two of the absolute highlights for me, despite the fact only a brief snippet of each actually appears in the movie.
How amazing is it to hear Grand Christmas Eve Ball in full and perfect quality for the first time too? I didn't realise how I wanted it until now! :D
Should I get moonraker next or license to kill? the original license to kill score was lackluster @mtm
I would say Moonraker every time, if you're a fan of Barry it's an absolutely brilliant score and fantastic release from LLL. LTK is good, but MR is the best of any of these LLL Bond scores so far, I'd say.
Licence was in greater need of expanding but I’m with mtm - Moonraker might just be the best of these releases, not necessarily in terms of the score itself, but in terms of having perhaps the most fascinating bonus material.
So either one moonraker then license to kill or vice versa 🤔 doesn't matter the next 2 I should get.
