Without a doubt Daniel is a stronger actor but I think the character needed someone with Hemsworth’s physical stature. All and all he’s do a very good job in the role.

I cannot think of anyone better suited than Hemsworth. His surfer dude persona really fits the character.

    If Craig played Thor?

Hmmmmm.....Thor has long, blonde hair (in both comics and film)......

Well, I could imagine one thing he might looked like.....

Just replace that suit with heavy metal armor with a cape, and put a viking helmet on his head.

Then Jane Porter could strip him of that armour.

Off of the top of my head, I count 13 recurring characters during the Craig era. Did anybody come up with a higher number than that?

I got 11 (Dench M, Mathis, Leiter, Mr. White, Tanner, Moneypenny, Q, Fiennes M, Madeline, Blofeld, Dr. Vogel).

Well, Bond makes it 12. And now I can't think of a 13th either, but that's what I came up with before. So I was incorrect then, or just drawing a temporary blank now.

Do we count Fukutu from the CR poker game who was also in the SF casino? Somebody said that the butler from the SP crater base is at the Cuba bunga bunga in NTTD too. Have to say, I didn't spot him. Then there's the guy who played Mitchell in QOS - he was one of Gettler's men in CR (the one that Bond shot in the neck). You could stretch it to the limits of cred and say that it was Mitchell but Bond didn't recognise him because he was in the shadows, with a bit of a beard and his face half turned away, when Bond shot him. And, er, that the bullet only grazed him and he survived to reappear in QOS, obvs! Yeah, bit of a push, really...

I wouldn't count any of those. With Mitchell you're naming an actor, not a character. I have never seen or heard that Fukutu is in SF (It's not on IMDB), but i know the actor's brother is in SP.
Why stretch anything? I'm just trying to go with what we know.

Turns out you're right, Birdleson: Tom So from CR isn't in the SF casino - it's his brother, Clem. Family similarity, same long grey hair in a ponytail, easy mistake. Clem's the guy who, like you said, is also in SP. Apparently, he's in NTTD too! Have to say, I didn't spot him in that - although if Ana de Armas was on screen at the time, I wouldn't have done... ;)

I actually thought about that, if there’s anyway that one character threaded through the whole thing. We could tie the Brosnan films in.

Is he some sort of interdimensional being?

Like how they made Stan Lee a Watcher (I think?) in the MCU.

    Exactly. Michael God Wilson.

Look at Daniel Craig now......I don't know but he lost weight and looked frail, he looks different now than the last time I saw him in Macbeth, and that's just a month ago.....

I dunno @MI6HQ , my wife and I were in the front row three weeks ago. He looked nice and lean then. And looks about the same in the pap shots (which aren't always flattering when the subject is racing past them, not wanting to have their pics taken).

This was taken a few days before. He still looks fairly Macbethean there.

I think that's just an odd photo, where his facial expression is making him look off.

I've been following his stage door exits on the Whatsdanielwearing Instagram account. He looked fit and healthy throughout the Macbeth run.

Originally, Bond was going to wear a slightly different attire in the funeral scene of Spectre, but it was later thought to be too radical a change.

Hopefully it receives a proper UK cinema release, unlike other Netflix films which arent shown at the main multiplexes (Odoen, Vue, Cineworld etc). Knives Out is a film that benefits from watching with an invested audience.
