    Once you've tasted it,
that's all you'll want to eat.

  • I ate at a restaurant called Moonraker twice, on the way from Chicago to Toronto and back. It's in Michigan, smack in the middle of that journey. The food is generic American bar fare, but nice atmosphere and great vista.

There is a spy-themed restaurant in Milwaukee called THE SAFE HOUSE.

It used to be a speakeasy, and you really didn't know it was there unless you knew it was there. But once the place became too popular, they jettisoned that aspect.

Notice that you still need a password of some sort. And the restaurant uses Bond-type language:

Must be flying under Eon's radar, or perhaps Eon's getting a cut.

I'll have a bowl of Cubby's Broccoli and Cheddar Soup and Herr Stamper's BLT.

To dine once at a restaurant with generic American fare may be regarded as a misfortune; to dine there twice looks like carelessness.

Haha!! And the third time will be pure masochism. In my defense though, the Interstate 94 is not generous to gourmands. Hungry motorists can opt for fast food or roadkill (of which there is plenty in Michigan). In that regard, the Moonraker Retaurant & Lounge at least offers the comforts of some signed 1980s Bond memorabilia adorned on its walls.
