    Tracy is overrated in my book as well! Always thought I was alone in that! @Benny @Brady @Creasy47

    As for Severine she is easily in my top 10 favorite Bond girls. Classic Bond girl in character, one of the most beautiful girls I've ever seen, thoroughly interesting and had a helluva lot more chemistry immediately with Craig's Bond than Camille ever did.

    There is only one thing in all of Goldfinger that I would ever vote up, and that's the DB5. That's the one good thing that Goldfinger gave us, as far as I'm concerned. Other than that, I'd vote down every single element in Goldfinger.

    GF hasn't gone down in my opinion, because I have never held it in that high regard to begin with. It might be the most iconic film in the cannon, but beyond that, it has nothing for me.

    Influential does not mean good. Goldfinger had sub-par acting, a horrible Bond girl, several characters poorly cast (Leiter, for one), a sub-par plot, and few redeeming factors. I get nothing but a bored feeling from every actor save Connery, Sakata and Frobe. With the exception of the DB5, Goldfinger had nothing more in it than the far superior From Russia With Love.
