    The funniest thing is that they didn't even say whether Waltz is gonna play Blofeld.

    Also Léa Seydoux is gonna be Madeleine Swann... not very French is it? So they did keep her character British then?

    i wonder if because of the leaked info about Waltz being introduced as Oberhauser - and that really being a smokescreen for Blofeld... i wonder if Mendes and EON just decided to scrap the false name introduction and just introduce Waltz...

    the greatest "gotcha" moment for EON would be if he wasn't playing Blofeld at all - seeing as how 99% of everyone assumes he is.. and if it really is someone else yet to be revealed.

    I am shocked that the title is actually going to be called SPECTRE. But I am so fuckin exciting. I hope we get a back story on how SPECTRE was formed and how Blofeld became Blofeld. This is going to be fucking great.

    Any word on who will sing the theme?

    The title is a disappointment to me. Some originality would have been appreciated in this case.

    I suppose this puts all rumours to rest regarding Waltz, while any other title would have had the mills in overdrive until the movie came out. Having said that, perhaps the rumours would have helped to keep interest high. And yes, it is Waltz who is Blofeld. I'm 100% sure it is not Scott.

    I'm personally not a fan of Bellucci's casting either, due to her age. As long as she's not playing a Bond love interest, I'm ok with it though.

    I've heard these comments about having older women in Bond movies, but I am of the belief that the Bond actor should be in their 40's/early 50's tops, and the Bond girls should be in their 20's/early 40's tops. That's my view.

    I do like the title and I am excited for the film.

    Also a strange patter I am noticing regarding titling bond films

    Bond 21 is the name of a location
    Bond 22 the organization bond faces
    Bond 23 a location
    Bond 24 an Organization Bond faces

    Bond 25 is officially 007 in New York ;)

    So the teaser poster is a mix between the sixties logo of SPECTRE, and the bullet from SPECTRE that killed Contessa Tereza...

    For a split second I thought the reveal was going to say Risico. This film is going to be game changing for the canon. I hope they get it right, please get it right, Mendes. Still not sold on the title, but I guess it's going to do exactly what it says on the tin and after a couple of weeks of staring at the logo it'll become part of Bond lore.

    the title is what it is... i am okay with it, even as unimaginitive as it is - and it confirms the rebooted organization, plus rebooted Blofeld - which i figured would happen, but not so suddenly...... but anyway, i like the synopsis - has a very political thriller edge to it, something that could lend itself to an organization like Spectre, instead of the usual "hold the world at ransom" gag.
