Christ, that one pass. Could see that in the net!
A bit sloppy game for Rosenborg right now. Just like first half, only worse, really. Not getting Lord Bendtner involved at all.

hahaha i'm sure he will turn up at some stage...unlike Sanchez here, his body language is bad !!!

So far so good..sorry Sanchez...wickedly good free kick !!!....half time and 1-0 to the Arsenal !!

What a goal! Bad defending from Middlesbrough, though. Could have been a penalty for Giroud there too, seeing the highlight from first half.

Rosenborg won their game with that one goal. Very close to becoming a draw at the end, but goalkeeper André Hansen had a first class save, making it 4 out of 4 wins in the league so far this season. No goals from Lord Bendtner, though, but not his fault really. You could compare this game to how Arsenal play many of their games with Giroud. When you have a large target man up front, you would expect that they get the ball in the box, but then they don't do that at all.

I do like Giroud up front,he wins so many balls.

Yeah, do like a striker who can hold on the ball, and position himself in the box.
...And then it's 1-1. They can't defend at all!

    Shit....

YES! YES! YES! Surely, they must be able to get a win now?

    Hopefully......no subs yet for us

Phew! Nervous last minutes there, but three points in the bag. And a happy Sánchez?! Haven't seen that in a loooong time. Can Wenger make it to top four at the very end of the season?

Well I will never be able to work out my beloved club? Great win away at Preston on Monday. Too little too late lads but well done on a good result away from home.

Fair play Leicester. Went down fighting and at least didn't embarrass the nation unlike some.

That's 3 games in the CL for Shakespeare and he already has a better record than Wenger over 6 years.

A touch of class from Simeone applauding the fans and shaking hands with all the Leicester players. Pity he couldn't show such sportsmanship instead of writhing around 19 years ago.

Leicester did well, I think. Scoring against Atlético Madrid is difficult. Now seeing the Real Madrid - Bayern München game. RM helped by horrible refereeing so far. Anyone could have seen that the 4-3 goal was an offside! Hate when that happens.

    What about Ronaldo's third?

Yes I know there's all this 'you're not offside until you're active' crap but seriously how can you just stand there 20 yards offside, wait until the guy runs past you and then just tap the ball in when he squares it?

It makes no odds as the game was already over for Bayern but makes a mockery of the offside rule.

    You are absolutely right, there.
Discussions about a video assistant referee system by pundits on TV now. Good points both for and against (most of them for), but it's clear that the referees could use with some assistance in games like this.

And have you seen the yellow/red card for Vidal? Absolutely ridiculous... There was absolutely no foul...

Well done and good effort Leicester City! You did the country and your club proud! =D>

Great show by Monaco and Juve last night.

I know chances are small, but I hope my team Anderlecht can surprise Man U tonight.

I guess Dortmund's chances had only been small after the first match and the circumstances around that match. Either way Monaco was the better team last night and a deserved winner.

So far so good, 1-1 at half time.

Getting my hopes up, but still fearing a walkover in the second half.

We're by far the better side and have been in both legs, but I can see you doing it. That's cup football.

Well that was stressful, thank the Lord for Rashford.

We've put up quite a battle and I think Anderlecht have made their country proud.

That's half a miracle considering Man U's budget is about ten times more than RSCA's.

    I'm disappointed but proud.

You were OK. Wouldn't get ahead of yourself.

I know Man U missed a lot of chances and they would have had themselves to blame in case of elimination.

What I meant however is that it is nevertheless impressive for a side that can spend 10 times less on transfer fees to take a top PL side to extra time.

Taking that into account, I'm quite proud of the battle we've put up.
