Right. Anything the internet says is absolutely correct and true. Nolan will actually have a good plot. Not whatever a few Facebook imbeciles drew no doubt.
Just because the internet says it, it doesn't mean it's untrue, either. This isn't some unsubstantiated rumour that someone started to get a headline - this is a collective of fans who are taking all of the information known about the film and trying to piece it together in a way that makes sense. It's nothing more than fun speculation.

I don't find it enjoyable to try and figure out what the plot of film will be, especially this one. Batman fans try to stay away from speculative/wrong people for that reason. Don't ruin a movie by trying to fit in little puzzle pieces. This movie is being directed by the man behind Memento and Inception, two of the craziest most unpredictable plots in cinema of the last twenty years or more. Nolan pulls no punches. What I'm saying is it's so much more rewarding to get in the theatre fresh of mind.

But that's why it's fun - Nolan can go in hundreds of different directions. No-one actually believes they'll guess the full plot.

Well, I must confess, I had somewhat little interest lately in TDKR. My interest got a boost through that plot possibility. In that regard it doesn´t matter at all wether it´s the true plot or something totally different.

I don't know why, I'm just not excited for TDKR...yet. I'm sure once it gets closer and we have some more trailers, I will be. My big worry is that it won't be as good as TDK, and with Ledger's brilliant performance as the Joker, it may not be. Still, it's Nolan, and he knows how to give the audience an amazing film.

My ranking of the Batman live action and (adult) animated films (I've seen so far):

    BB = TDK > MOTP > BGK >> B > BR >> BF > B66 > B&R

My feelings exactly @Creasy. I can't fathom anything better to come than Ledger's chilling portrayal. And I fear that TDKR may lean to being more unrealistic than ever with the portrayal of Bane. I agree doubly, for I am not too excited either. Batman Arkham City is coming though, so I'm going to be a happy guy regardless come November!

I'm sure this movie will be more plain than TDK. Just because Ledger raised the bar so high, I don't feel any of the actors could deliver such a performance as he did. Pure Joker. It doesn't help that the villain in this movie is Bane. Don't see how the actor could top the Ledger performance, when playing character like Bane. I'm not saying the movie will be worse. It might be better. But there won't be a performance quite like Ledger's in TDK.

@0Brady, absolutely. Another fear of mine with TDKR is that there will be TOO much going on. Bane, Ra's al Ghul, Catwoman, flashbacks, brand new characters like Levitt and Cotillard. I worry there might be so much going on that it takes away from making these characters special. With The Joker, he was essentially the main villain: tons of screen time. Two-Face was later introduced, and it was easily to juggle them both. Now, there just seems like so much will be going on, like with Transformers 2. But, that's Michael Bay, and Nolan is infinitely times better than him, in my eyes.

Elementary @Creasy. I am overwhelmed with the fights in the streets and even at Heinz stadium. I kept wondering if it will be action for action's sake, but Nolan wouldn't(hopefully) do that to us. I'm with you on Nolan>>>>>>>>>>>Michael Bay. But you must admit, Bay scored Megan Fox. Her in leather as Catwoman would've been special......

and here her Promo from when she hosted SNL

image I like Anne but Catwoman has always been Coy and Playful and a kind of a Tease toward Batman in the comics, the tv series and the Tim Burton's film.

I can't see Anne pulling that off - she is kind of too goody goody to me!

Watch the film 'Havoc' and you will think otherwise. She has a sexy bad girl side for sure.

I've seen havoc - any girl can have a sexy bad side and get naked but it takes a special kind of woman to flirt and tease and if she can do it without being obvious - that's even better.

I knew women who would walk into a room and flirt with everyone in the room without even doing it and every guy in the room will be mouth wide open, tongue hanging out and drooling!!

Some girls just have it, that allure. And like it or not, us guys think with our d@#$ a lot. It's hard to dislike a girl with a pretty face, that's for sure.

I just didn't see a need for Catwoman period but C'est la Vie
  • We could have a pussy woman?

Megan is ok and looks dirty, but Anne is the next door girl who is really dirty, which is nice.

I would have looked for Strawberries Creasy47; the ripe sweet juicy kind and this is getting a bit bawdy so:

From what can be seen of Bane so far, I don´t see where his portrayal is supposed to be unrealistic. Twoface was unrealistic. Bane looks about as unrealistic as Scarecrow so far, which is not at all.
And, don´t get me wrong, I think TDK was a terrific movie, but as good as Ledger´s performance was, the issue of untoppability doesn´t really exist because it´s unlikely that Bane will be anything like The Joker. Secondly, it´s not as if TDK didn´t have its flaws. For starters, Bale was massively under-used (or under-performed, depending on how you want to see it). A correction of that point alone can make TDKR already a possibly better film than TDK, at least not less good.

So that´s three characters so far. So what? TDK had lots of more villain characters beside The Joker and Twoface. Could easily be that a lot of the names dropped so far from the cast are merely members of one or the other organisation who appear at some point in the film but don´t have a lot of screen time.

this is how Anne's Catwoman should look like

imagewhy? because our expectations are high!! that's why!!

even this FAKE poster looks better than the Official Photo we received a day ago of Anne on the Bat Bike

The second photo seems to be a man. Regardless, I thought Nolan would use Anne as Selina, no Catwoman BS. Ah well. That's shot.

Why are we talking about Megan Fox, the Cardboard Box as Catwoman? What a way to ruin a good film.

And j7, I really hope you don't get a job as a casting director one day. You've based your decision entirely on looks, which shows a fundamental misunderstanding of both the Catwoman character and the casting process. Both Green and Hathaway auditioned for the role of Selina Kyle. Hathaway won the role. Did you ever think of what that might be so?
