You've lured me out of my hermit's cave 😁 It's of course the Duck Inn in Pett Bottom, just down the road from my cottage and where young James worked in the summer holidays.

Well, on the one hand I'm glad I lured you out of that cave, and on the other hand you were obviously the person I referred to, @CharmianBond. AFAIK the Duck Inn is only mentioned in James Bond's obituary in YOLT, as is...Charmian Bond.

    Your turn.

Yeah I couldn't not answer that one could I? YOLT is the only mention in Fleming but the Young Bond series fleshes out her character and made an impression on me hence the choice of username. James stacking crates and washing barrels for a bit of pocket money at the pub is from the start of the third book, Double or Die.

(and speaking as myself now I was looking it up and the food menu looks quite fancy. Unfortunately I don't have a Bentley Blower or anything that would get me easily down to the wilds of Kent but I would like to take a pilgrimage down there one day perhaps.)

Now here's one for the vexillologists in the room and it's a film location

Well, first of all let me thank and congratulate you for introducing me to the term "vexillologist". Looking it up, I found that there is even a German term, "Vexillologe", meaning the same thing, that I also had never heard about for the last 66 years. This is one of the occasions why I consider this thread a truly educational experience.

Now that I know what it means, I venture to say that the flag in the middle of the picture is the one of the Bahamas, and the one on the right (floating in the air, thanks to Google Street View) is of course the Star-Spangled Banner. Supposing that it is unlikely that the U.S. would sport the Bahamas flag somewhere on its soil (say: Florida), while the Bahamas might not mind the reverse, I suppose that "park" or whatever it is is on the Bahamas. I just can't say whether it's from TB or CR at this time.

I'll get to this in depth tomorrow. But if anyone is quicker than I would be, fine with me.

OK, it is the driveway of The One and Only Ocean Club, Paradise Island, Nassau, where Bond checks into the hotel.

The one and only. Can't believe they actually call it that, bit tacky, but there we go. Back to you @j_w_pepper

I know this is kind of mean, but the air is now really getting thin regarding locations still available as Google Street Views. All other angles or locales I tried clearly showed the name of what it was, so the truck came in sort of handy. I'm looking for the place with the red awnings at the right. It is a literary location.

Bond having an Americano at Fouquet's restaurant in Paris (from FAVTAK)

Good one, @QBranch! I had also checked the Hotel Terminus Nord, but it has "Hotel Terminus Nord" written all over it, same with Fouquet's. Looking forward to your next submission.

Cheers @j_w_pepper, I'll leave the round to whoever wants to have a go. Perhaps a new contributor?

Cheers @QBranch, since no one felt like picking this up for the last twelve hours or so, I'll do this once more...although I would very much like to be among the guessers, rather than the authors of the question/riddle. But anyway, this is a movie location, even with several aspects to it:

Now imagine a sports car coming towards you and going past this place, and then being passed by a silver sedan going into the opposite direction which then turns off here.

Is this the gate to the tourist village in Corfu (in this village he meets Q informing him about St. Cyril)
The gate is seen in the earlier scene "belonging to "Spain", the entry to the villa of Gonzales aka the Havelock killer?

It is indeed the double gates to the "villa near Madrid", where Gonzalez gets a visit from Locque. The actual villa and pool used for those scenes is maybe ten kilometers further south, but also on Corfu. Danilia village behind those gates seems to be rather derelict and closed down these days, cf. https://huntingbond.com/danilia-corfu-james-bond/

That's pretty tough and a low-resolution picture :-). The signs aren't legible but aren't cyrillic, either. "Bratislava" (aka Vienna)?

I'll have to browse through my Blu-ray for that, but at midnight I don't really feel like doing that. I may revert tomorrow (or rather, later today).

I believe this is just after Bond drives off with Koskov, leaving Saunders to deal with rifle and headgear. The car leaves the alley and drives towards these twin tunnels.

Yes, exactly. And turns left in front of the "tunnels". He drives from the Traungasse to the Lagergasse. The sign with the white arrow still looks the same.
    @QBranch , your turn.

Note the shape and size of the bricks and the crennelations on the wall (hidden by foliage). This is on Castle Peak Road in Hong Kong's New Territories.

Yep, I remember the door from when Bond arrives for dinner that night.

Great answer, I bet you had checked out this location earlier for one of your own game contributions @j_w_pepper !?
