I'm a BIG Portishead fan; they could still do a killer title song.

Absolutely. Or Beth Orton could do one on her own.

Has anyone heard of Australian band Dead Can Dance? They've disbanded a couple of times and reformed but they have an atmospheric quality to them which is very Bondian imho. I'm including their last album below:

I also like Canadian Band Dear Rouge. Here's their hit Tongues.

We need something upbeat next time, after the dross we got this time out.

Already said on the previous page - but I've just come back from The Jungle Book (2016) and the end song was quite "60's vibe Bond" (change the vocalist to Lana Del Rey and bingo!). Debney's score was also rather John Barry-like.

If you play Let it Be in a minor key, it sounds a little similar to Adele's Skyfall.

Ok with different lyrics but the melody itself is very typical for Bond songs and Nancy has the right voice...

If you hear Rick Astley's track

    I LIKE THE SUN

    on his new album '50'...

Oh my goodness. Once you hear that track, forget every other singer for Bond 25. It's amazing. Astley is the guy.

No joke, I AM THE SUN by Rick Astley is phenomenal. As a mega fan of Rick this is one of his greatest tunes. I plan to do a Bond title mix with the song and upload it. :) Rick must do a Bond theme!!!!!!!!

I don't know if this has been posted before, but this...this would be an astonishing Bond theme!
