    The Bleeding Heart
I'm sure it's been suggested a lot before. It's similar and a Fleming chapter title from Casino Royale (I think)

    Three Kills of An Assassin

That's all I've got... Trying to think of massaging the use of bullets into a title, but it comes off sounding like a Steven Segal Seagal flick...

That is very nice to say and I'm glad you appreciate it, @peter. I do like to sprinkle some puns throughout the day between my more serious posts. It's a good way to unwind after the stresses of the day. There are plenty more examples of it on the Activity Page along with contributions from @mattjoes, @QBranch and @DewiWynBond. All great guys. :)

Keep the kind words flowing in, @Draggers, and I'll keep sending you those big cheques. Here is a photo of me with my 'assistants': my partner and wife on the side just before we mailed said cheque. Oh, would you look at that - I forgot to fill it out!

I don't want it to be called 'Bond' or '007' ever. Nevermind that it's lazy, mind that there's no real identity going on there, no individuality, no persona tied to that particular adventure/era. It's like DN through NTTD are all different flavours and then we're presented with B26, this exciting new flavour to discover but it's just labeled 'Ice Cream'. At least if they called the movie 'Ice Cream' there might be more of an air of mystery (and urgency?!) around it than simply 'Bond'.

Not to mention we'd have the TWINE gun barrel situation again where there's just too much Bond reveal going on all at once. Think about it, in the credits/poster it's 'EON presents actor x as Bond in (wait for it) BOND'.

I do like 007INY though. It's a pulpy, perhaps noirish, episodic, business-like, travelogue type of title, and I'd be curious to see just how much of NY is featured in a film with that title. Is it possible to set the majority of the film in NY, like they did with Jamaica in DN? New York is 11 times larger than the whole island of Jamaica (woah), and there seems to be enough variation throughout the state, regarding different types of environment. Other than the city proper and landmarks, there's rivers, waterfalls, beaches... Little Island is a somewhat new attraction with unique architecture. I sense an exploration via Street View coming on.
