    The even weirder thing is that he appears to be played by a dwarf instead of an actual kid. Ugh, yeah...

    And at 0:39: "James Bond Jr. chases guuuuuum! Around the world!" ???

    @Some_Kind_Of_Hero It's S.C.U.M. (Saboteurs and Criminals United in Mayhem). As in, "We don't have the rights to say S.P.E.C.T.R.E.". The theme song is from an actual awful 90's Bond cartoon; "James Bond Jr". I have no idea what strange movie/show they got that weird footage from to use in this parody though.
