When will we get a new Bond game? Would you prefer FPS, or third person with more stealth?

Either would be alright with me as long as they don't shove the Call of Duty style FPS play into the game.

I’ve watched gameplay videos of The Spy Who Shot Me on YouTube a few months ago. It looks entertaining.

Man... I loved the NOLF games. I can’t believe they never made a third one. The tone of the games reminded me of the Austin Powers movies, except with a female lead. I will definitely check it out, but my PC may not be able to handle it. It’s not really a gaming rig, it’s more for checking e-mail and editing videos.

When they do get around to doing another Splinter Cell, they need to bring back Michael Ironside. They actually had him come back to voice Sam Fisher in the Ghost Recon: Wildlands game for the SC mission.

Only reason he was not in Blacklist was due to medical issues.

Quantum of Solace tonight I was in a bond mood and sadly the memory of my ps1 emulator dissapeared and I didn’t feel like going through the first 6 levels again

Well guys I picked up these two classics, found them at a used game store. The TND one looks a bit suspicious, it even has the newer EA Logo!

Can't wait to revisit TND, and try TWINE for the first time.

That TND disc should be red. Maybe it's a reprint.

    Been playing GE64 on the PC. I had this game back in 1997, but was unaware til just the other night that I could press *and hold* fire to throw two knives at once! 8-}

Just need BS and 007L to complete my Bond game collection (not counting games pre-GE64).

JB007 for the Gameboy was a great, under-rated game. I finished it at least twice. Despite it being simple; RPG-like, there's a lot that could be adapted to screen: Bond searching for a fellow agent in Kurdistan; before heading to Tibet to scale cliff faces with a grappling hook; visiting the Marrakesh black market and underground tunnels; a Chinese female villain in Zhong Mae, then ending the film in a very high-tech, almost sci-fi lair. Not to mention, Bond firing the tranq gun through the hole in the wall at the casino could make for an awesome sniper scene.

You’re in for a treat with Bloodstone. Very good game. 007 Legends is obviously not the greatest game, but there’s a lot to appreciate about it. It had great potential. It almost feels like you’re playing a beta or even an alpha of what could have been one of the best Bond games had the devs only been given more time.

007 Legends is a rushed DLC pack for GoldenEye 007: Reloaded released as a standalone title. I can't see it beyond that format.

I don't currently own any Bond games I always get rid of last gen Consoles. Though the last game I owned and played was the underwhelming...

Well today I fired up the limited edition Goldeneye N64 that my parents bought me 21/22 years ago. My word it brought so many nostalgic memories back.

I can’t seem to get. 007 racing working I beat Tomorrow never does I am gonna attempt to install Goldeneye editor so I can play Goldfinger 64

Of course if I can edit my own levels I will begin to set up Licence to Kill 64... or maybe Tomorrow never dies 64

Nice. I didn't have the LE, but separate N64 with clear purple controller. Sadly, both console and game got stolen. Bought them both again, 10 years later :D I have the GE Wii edition with gold controller though.

So I am unsure where to go from here but a brief summary of the 2 ps1 bond games I did play...

Tomorrow Never Dies is an ok game. the graphics are poor and the controls are buggy but there is a real heart to the game I kind of like.
    my 3 favorite levels are
the Ski chase and Japanese level
    the Stealth Boat
the Car chase against Henry Gupta

    my 3 least favorite levels
The Wai lin level: Sorry I play bond games to play as James bond
the Hotel level: trying to figure out where the key is to launch the hotel elevator god that was annoying
the News paper press level: its where the buggy controls are at their most aggravating

Over all a decent game and one I may revisit soon

The World Is not Enough PS1: I did a longer review on this so I will be brief I love the card game and honestly I am sad neither skiing nor card games ever really reappeared in bond games
    my 3 favorite levels
Russian Roullete : playing cards as 007 is so cool
The Pipeline level: it was a cool environment to fight in shame it wasn't ported over to the n64 version
The bank: I love the n64 version too but I enjoyed the more cinematic feel
Masquerades: I know I only said 3 but man I love this level too again I love the more spy type elements

    my 3 least favorite levels
the Chase: in both the n64 and PS1 version there was no controlling the boat and honestly WHY hell they did a boat driving game in 1984 for Atari why couldn't they do one in 1999? both times running after the cigar girl in London street is eh
the Istanbul underground level: my god every hostage had a death wish standing in front of the shooter so I couldn't kill them and then just dieing
Madien tower: Gabor's boss fight was brutually annoying I way preffer the N64 version it was easier and funner too. Plus the voice actress for M was way too whiney

over all both games were fun and eased the pain of not having a new game since 2012 in fact if you haven't played either one I would recommend it.

I am possibly gonna play James Bond the duel this weekend or maybe try and get 007 racing or Goldfinger 64 working one more time.

If anyone has any insite on how to work the Goldeneye editor tool I would appreciate it PM me if you want.

I have been playing and enjoying James Bond the Duel and thanks to modern technology I can save and pick up from a save slot. I will say (though I haven't beaten it I am on mission 3) (the Mayday Level) but I am surpised when people talk of nostalgic gaming this DOESN'T get a mention

fun game enjoyable game play pushes what I view the limits of Sega genesis to even provide a bit of Stealth play like I said the game is fun

Dalton featuring as Bond alone is enough for me to get somewhat eager to play it. Is it possible to play it on a pc?

On the subject of GoldenEye 007 music, I'm not sure this has been posted here before. It's great. They're going to use it in the upcoming remake of the game:

I just beat James Bond the duel and i really enjoyed it also is it weird certain thing got read spited in later games (specifically the end boss reminds me of From Russia with love)

It was a hard game and for a 16 bit game had pretty expansive levels plus you haft
To fight the likes of Jaws Mayday Odd Job and Baron Samadi

    I
    Favorite level
Mission 3 the volcano layer was hard but a lot of fun
    Least favorite level
    The end boss was bland

Up next got 007 racing working so on too that then the Game boybond games starting with James Bond 007 then the world is not enough and then I will do the Nintendo DS games I think
