    I've never actually seen it myself, but I can only assume for helping Jack Bauer.

    Thanks. I was assuming it would be related to helping Jack but unsure in what capacity.

    True. It seems as though the only thing different about this series is the location.

    Hopefully they have a few twists up their sleeve that they're keeping secret.

    I have no problem with it being quite similar to the original series. They need to do some fresh things, yes, but I loved 24. I am happy with it to be rather the same kind of show.

    Hoping this 24 will give Bond a run for his money to continue bringing new ideas for editing etc...like Bourne did.

    I just saw that seasons 7 and 8 are now on Netflix!!! I can finally watch them before Live Another Day starts!

    Enjoy. I quite liked Season 7 even after a little slow of a start. I will have to go back and watch Season 8. From what I remember when it was first on, while there were better seasons, there was some classic Bauer moments.

    This is far and a way my favorite show on TV or even better than Wire and second only to The Pretender. I'm still holding hope for a movie that shows us Jack on his first date in ten years, goes horribly wrong, it is found that a Russian man. Because it is only twelve episodes, I wonder why? Bauer on the roof will be very dramatic with the editing, I hope. We look forward to.

    I did try to watch season 7 back when it first came on DVD but I couldn't make it past the first two episodes. I wasn't really in the mood to watch it and it did start off very slow, not a good combination. I'm already on episode five and I'm finding very hard not to watch the next episode right away.

    ... well bad news for me. They took 24 off of Netflix, I was only on episode 8 of season 7! ~X(

    Do you have LoveFilm Instant or Amazon Prime as it's now known? They have all 8 series on there. I watch them off my PS3 sometimes.

    That's providing you're UK based of course.

    You can't actually rent it where you are? We have tons of video rental stores still here in Japan.
