"Discovery" takes place approximately 10 years before Kirk taking command of the Enterprise; so he's in his 20s. Since it takes place following his birth, which was at the time of the Kelvin's destruction, this has to be the Kelvin Timeline, unless this is an "alternate history" Star Trek that is not connected in any way to Cannon.
Isn't time travel fun? :D
It's official. That image is for the Ships of the Line calendar.
That's good casting happy with that, at least Anson will get more lines than he did in Inhumans ;))
Hopefully this will be good for season 2.
I watched them several times on the After Show I cant say I am shocked as I thought they were overly satisfied by the sub standard work.
I haven't seen any of their interviews but I think one of them accused fans who didn't like the show of being racist/mysoginistic blah blah blah sjw crap. That's bad for business.
That is the go to response now for poor writing and directing, other franchises also do that.
Indeed so. It's quite a sad state of affairs.
With hindsight they should just have done a Captain Pike show lol
Maybe they will do a Pike spinoff. :))
If us fans shout loud enough they will lol, it looks like they have found a good way to omit Spock
The suits certainly have a TMP look to them.
It's a nice blend of TOS/TMP and ST09's space suit designs.
Well they did do the modern day nod. ;)
