    Thanks! I understand my favourites from 1990 onwards can be hit or miss (I realize 2004 got a very controversial pick for instance).

    Good stuff. I really enjoyed BvS and Highlander has always been one of my favourites. Shame the sequels didn't hit the same standard.

    I should do that as well, as nearly all my favorite films were made before I was born.

    I find it very difficult to compare films that werde made in different decades or belong to different genres. I also find that American films are very different from European films and I watch both, but for different reasons.

    I want to watch Logan, but I highly doubt it will top BR2049 for me. Right now, this year’s winner for my own list is It, Blade Runner 2049, or The Shape of Water.
