    Here's a fixed grade, taken from the white, grey, and black samples of the image (so no eyeballing it). Take a look @001.

    Those examples aren't realistic colours. You need to balance the purple.

    Why should? I didn't adjust the colors for someone else to say "this is the correct color- or greyscale". I corrected them to my own liking. To look as good as possible on my projector. And my own liking is not like the fixed grade posted above. Sorry, but I like your sample almost as less as the orginal. For me - it looks lifeless.

    Sure, I can do that. I can also include other examples from both SF and SP. The only two Bond movies I felt like colorcorrecting.

    @Zekidk thank you for posting these! As I said in the other thread, and proven here, especially Mexico improves and the helicopter stunts don't look CGI anymore, but real. I'm surprised with how much Marokko improves as well. The whole atmosphere makes it different, the whole base of Blofeld more benign bizarre, far more Bondian.

    With the train scene of Skyfall and Airplane fly next to cars fron Spectre i like the sugestion.
    Mabey also sugestion of stairs walking in Marocco, but with desert i disagree.

    Scene i mist in your sugestion is shangai. Then i mean elevator scene already start when Bond sitting in his car waiting outside of bulding. Macau outside of the Casino. Don't think inside of the casino need inprovement.

    Overall Skyfall needs the moost inprovenent because it is digital filmt. Thats the biggest problem, besides that i dislike some scenes . But with the sugestions you did exept the train scene i prefer the original.

    Yes, maybe all post should go through a review proces so that bad 'erroneous' opinions can get filtered out.

    Off course you should have an opinion. Just like me @Jeffrey :-). I don't think I'm particularly harsh in my comment. It's just what I think. By the way, I never used the word 'silly'. Still, I do think older Bond films never had to endure such dissections way back then. Are we really discussing the bad aspects of cinematography and editing skills for the 1960's Bond films? I don't think so, because they had the advantage to be glorified over the course of 5 decades. Even the bad/less good ones, like YOLT.
