    I know Klebb is the main villain, but she is a woman and not much to choose from.

    My choice-Donald Pleasence. He doesn t fit the book description, but the lycanthrope connection would fit, he would naill that. If you have seen his horror films.

    So far, some interesting choices.

    Needs intelligence, a dash of charisma, menace, and some physical stature. I'd like to see a young Sean Bean in the part. GoldenEye proves he wouldn't let Shaw down where the hand-to-hand combat is concerned.

    For Dr. No, Mads Mikkelson would be suitably impressive and creepy, and could probably be made to look realistically Chinese-German.

    I'd go for Walken. He could play a more psychotic version of Grant. EDIT: Sorry, just realized I was late to the party for this one.

    I'd go for Walken again. He pretty much had a similar role in AVTAK.
