    So happy that I got to meet him, sadly only a few months before he passed away. He was such a lovely man, spent a few minutes chatting with him. Very genuine. But he also took an interest in my son, and wanted to know his thoughts. Great man, who is missed.

    A very happy 88th birthday to the one and only Sir Roger Moore. The man who started my interest in James Bond, and who I'm very excited to see next week at an evening with Sir Roger Moore.

    Also a very happy 35th birthday to our latest Quartermaster, Ben Wishaw. A fine addition to the Mi6 team I think he makes.

    He's one of those people who you can't quite imagine not being there. It seems to be an annual tradition that he leaves luxurious Monaco and comes back to wet old England for our enjoyment...and of course to earn some extra money (not that he needs it).
