  If we get another Lantern, I'd love to see John Stewart on the big screen, with Idris Elba in the role. I think I read that Cyborg is meant to replace Martian Manhunter in the DCCU, which is a shame, because J'onn is one of the more interesting JLA members. I thought Benedict Cumberbatch would've been a great pick for the role, but now Marvel has nabbed him, just like they got to Jaimie Alexander first. Bummers.
  
  I'm hoping that as the weeks go on Snyder will release images of all the major heroes in BvS with the "unite the seven" tagline. Can't wait for the Batman poster.

  
  Most likely Justice league members, Unite the Seven could mean the seven seas also. Seven seas would make sense with a Aquaman story arc in his stand alone movie.

  I watched it recently too and loved it. I really got a kick out of the whole Thomas Wayne aspect, that was pretty cool.

  Agree with you on Thomas Wayne, acting and script was excellent. Bought Throne of Atlantis a few weeks ago, slight change of pace from War though enjoyed it. Think New52 is probably similar to where they will go with the DCU movies.

  That's certainly what I'm hoping for. I find John far more interesting, especially if it was Idris in the role.

  I can't stand the guy, he was the only thing I didnt like in 'Social Network' and hardly noticed him in 'Zombieland' (and he was the main character!) thanks to Woody Harrelson chewing up the scenery in every single scene he's in.

  I trust Snyder's judgment. While Man of Steel wasn't perfect, it was still good. And I love all of his other films (Sucker Punch excluded). If his vision for Lex has Eisenberg, I'm all for giving it a shot. He certainly looks like Lex, that's a start.

  So, basically, it comes down to corporate espionage. Lex sends Supes in with some info pointing to either Bruce Wayne or Batman, this leads him to Gotham, and then Bats can simply say "It was him, you red and blue moron!" and then they take Lex on together. I'll give it one thing, it definitely sounds like a comic book plot from the 40s.
