    I really appreciate seeing all this love for OHMSS. I like it a lot more than FRWL, but CR is my favorite Bond film, so I've been backing it for a long time. OHMSS is my third favorite Bond film and I believe it to be a lot better than FRWL, but CR is still my #1 so I got to stick with it.

    Right on. Just watched FRWL tonight. Very good film, but NOWHERE NEAR the awesome quality of OHMSS.

    This. OHMSS>FRWL for me forever. I might have FRWL lower on my list than anyone else I know (besides my friend) actually. Not that it's bad, but there's several others than I simply enjoy more. I don't know; I get annoyed when people constantly accuse GF of being overrated but never FRWL too.

    I have no problem with you preferring OHMSS to FRWL but to say that it's nowhere near the same quality is going a little overboard.

    Why not give it a try and see how much power is left in OHMSS? I also think it is far more entertaining than FRWL.

    I like OHMSS as well, but it's a film of uneven quality. Some scenes from the middle part in Piz Gloria; Lazenby being dubbed, those weird girls and the slightly goofy humor, that strange hypnosis scheme… they're almost cringeworthy. FRWL and CR are simply more well rounded films.

    Though let's not pretend from Russia with Love is prefect stealing from Hitchcock the weird wavering back projection finale and the (and I am sorry to say this) worst boat chase of the series yeah it's far from perfect.

    Casino Royale is really why I am on this forum today it's why I read Fleming it is why I own al the films. It's why I actively defend the Activision era of bond games. It's bond best film in my opinion.
