    Coolest: Gen. Orlov - I hate to say this but I think this is a great character and a cool one at that.

    Prettiest: Octopussy - I really think Maud Adams is even more beautiful in this film than in TMWTGG.

    Dumbest: The American Army General - To busy with the circus artists, are we?

    Funniest: Q - It goes by hot air.

    Most tragic: Vijay - Poor guy.

    Coolest: Gen. Orlov I agree with @DarthDimi... good main villain, wish we saw more of him. One of the few things I like about OP

    Prettiest: This is my little octopussy... WOW Maud Adams! Just a beautiful woman who ages gracefully!

    Dumbest: The men of the air base for not immediately spotting the fake Toro

    Funniest: Q... always the blessed Q!!!!!

    Most tragic: Vijay... and I do believe Q had a life defining important moment with Vijay since he was with him at the time of his death. "He was alive when I found him". Or perhaps even Q put Vijay out of his misery.

    Coolest: Largo - Mad like hell but I nevertheless think him to be one of the coolest villains in the Bonds, credit to Brandauer.

    Prettiest: Domino - Kim Basinger... Sweet - sweet Kim Basinger.

    Dumbest: Moneypenny - Oh... [in response to the free radical elimination line.]

    Funniest: Algernon - I hope we're going to see some gratuitous sex and violence in this one! Amen to that, sir.

    Most tragic: Fatima - Come on, she blows up like a balloon. Poor thing.

    Dumbest: That ANNOYING cab driver - Aaaah! My caaaar! My caaaar! And what's with the circus performance that goes with it?

    Funniest: Gogol - I just love the look on his face when he hears the tape with the steam bath music. :P
