Coolest: Miss Moneypenny for her finest hour in the entire Bond series. Marc-Ange Draco is a very close 2nd but her saving the day for both Bond and M cinches the title for her. I figure Draco will get the most points anyway.

Dumbest: Blofeld. Telly rocks but putting Bond in such a relatively easily escapable "prison" was very dumb of him.

Funniest: Pepper - At least in this film I find him genuinely funny. At times.
Most tragic: Whisper - This dude must have gotten a rough time at school when he was young and to end up like this... Terrible. ;-)
