No it's okay: we're looking for something which links the three films, and then one of those is a little different to the others and that's the odd one out.

Might be just me, but I don't seem to see any new posts in this thread. Hoping that my comment will reset things. Because the last post I currently see is from December 2023. Help me as I love this thread and wish to play. :)

    Exiting a plane in distress.

    YOLT Bond lands the plane.
    DAD Helicopter exit.
    QOS Parachute exit.

Sorry; I had a pause as posting on here wasn’t much fun for a little while.
It’s more about what Bond does, and they’re not all planes.

Any chance for another clue @mtm ? We seem stalled with no guesses in a couple of weeks.

Basically it's about Bond having a lovely alcoholic drink.

    YOLT drinks on a subway
DAD drinks a martini on the plane
QOS drinks martinis on the plane

YOLT is OOO has Bond drinks on a train and not a plane?

That's the one :) I guess it could also be that he has sake rather than a martini on a moving vehicle, but it's still the OOO either way.

Wow that was a good one! Okay now time for me to think of one. LOL!

    Lets do this:
    • GF
    • DAF
    • CR

    Good luck!

Bond is seen walking away from the plane he just boarded:

GF: Bond is seen walking away from GF's jet, after descending the stairs. (= OOO)
DAF: Bond is seen walking away from the Lufthansa but not seen on the stairs
CR: Bond is seen walking away from the seaplane but not seen on the stairs (not quite!)

Wow, you are close to the answer. It involves aviation but not disembarking.

Let me give this a gentle bump.

To those who may be new to our little game, someone posts three films that have a commonality, but one differs slightly and is "odd one out". For example:
    • YOLT, DAD and QOS
    • all feature Bond drinking on a vehicle. YOLT sake on a train, DAD martini on a plane, QOS martini on a plane.
    • YOLT is OOO has the vehicle is a train and not a plane.

Our current play involves the following films:
    • GF
    • DAF
    • CR

The commonality is aviation based but not about disembarking a plane or copter.

Any guesses which one is OOO?

I guess we see Bond airside I.e on the tarmac of an airport in all three; maybe CR is the odd one out as he’s not catching a plane?

YOLT Bond on plane and copter.
DAD Bond on copter and plane and plane and copter.
QOS Bond on plane and... plane.

So QOS is the OOO. Just planes. Unless I'm forgetting something.

Winner winner chicken dinner! Yes all feature our man on the tarmac and CR is OOO has he is preventing a plane from blowing up not taking one or walking away from one. Over to you @mtm

Damn that was one of my early guesses. Bond at the airport is always a good look, let's get more of that!
